Resolution Minerals CEO of US Operations Craig Lindsay talked with Proactive about the company’s major Phase 2 drilling program at the Golden Gate area of its Horse Heaven Antimony-Tungsten-Gold-Silver Project in Idaho, US.
Lindsay said Resolution has secured two diamond core drill rigs for a substantially expanded program, with around 45,000 feet of drilling planned across roughly 40 to 45 holes. The campaign follows last year’s 10,000-foot program over 14 holes, which returned what Lindsay described as “spectacular results,” including intercepts of up to 250 metres at more than one gram per tonne gold.
The company will initially focus on the southern end of the three-kilometre Golden Gate target, where Lindsay said soil surveys have identified gold and tungsten anomalies. He said the area has had limited previous drilling and sits along the north-south fault zone that controls mineralisation at Golden Gate.
He added that the company is targeting an initial maiden gold resource by the end of 2026 or the first quarter of 2027, while also advancing permitting, metallurgical testing, and a planned Nasdaq listing.
