Replenish Nutrients targets farm waste value with Farmers Union partnership - ICYMI

Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF, FRA:7KE) CEO Neil Wiens talked with Proactive about the company’s partnership with Farmers Union Enterprises and how it aims to reduce costs and create new opportunities for farmers.

Wiens explained that the collaboration is a “capital light project” that allows Replenish Nutrients to expand into new regions while leveraging Farmers Union’s strong membership base across five US states.

The partnership focuses on improving fertilizer affordability while also addressing waste management challenges faced by farmers.

Troy Bryant, Director of Construction and Project Management at Farmers Union Enterprises, highlighted the dual benefit of the initiative.

He noted that rising fertilizer prices are a major concern, stating, “fertilizer continues to increase in price. So we're bringing that down.”

At the same time, the project creates value from underutilized farm waste, giving farmers an additional revenue opportunity.

The facility being developed in Crookston will process multiple regional waste streams into usable fertilizer products, helping farmers reduce input costs while improving sustainability.

Wiens emphasized that the goal is to provide stability in an otherwise volatile agricultural environment, while also supporting soil health and long-term farm viability.

Both parties see strong support from the farming community, with demand for cost-effective and diversified solutions continuing to grow.

Proactive: Welcome back inside our Proactive newsroom. Joining me now is Neil Wiens, CEO of Replenish Nutrients. Neil, great to see you again. How are you?

Neil Wiens (NW): Hey, I'm wonderful as usual.

Also joining us is Troy Bryant, Director of Construction and Project Management for Farmers Union Enterprises. Nice to meet you.

Toby Bryant (TB): Pleasure to meet you. Good morning. Thanks for having me.

Neil, remind us about the importance of your deal with Farmers Union.

NW: It's a capital light project for Replenish. Farmers Union has strong membership across five states, and entering that region has been a fantastic opportunity for us.

Troy, tell us about Farmers Union.

TB: We represent members across Montana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We operate six lines of business and invest in agricultural projects that create opportunities for farmers, particularly by leveraging existing waste streams rather than forcing new costs.

How important is cost-effectiveness for farmers?

TB: It’s critical. Fertilizer prices are rising, so we're working to bring those costs down while also creating opportunities for farmers to monetize waste products that would otherwise go unused.

Neil, your thoughts?

NW: We're trying to create stability, improve logistics, and deliver a better product. This partnership achieves all three.

Troy, will you expand this model?

TB: Yes. Feedback from members has been overwhelmingly positive. Farmers want alternatives that reduce costs and diversify their operations.

Neil, what does this mean to you?

NW: It brings a sense of accomplishment. We know the product works, improves soil health, and supports long-term farm sustainability.
