Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTCQB:RLMLF, FRA:NC3) last week outlined plans to accelerate development at its Horse Heaven Project in Idaho following a successful $20 million capital raise backed by institutional investors.
Chief executive of US operations Craig Lindsay said the placement, supported by Tribeca Investment Partners and L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund, was achieved despite challenging market conditions. He noted that the company was “really happy to raise $20 million” and highlighted improved pricing relative to recent trading levels, reflecting renewed investor confidence.
The proceeds will be directed toward a significant expansion of exploration activity, including a 45,000-foot drilling campaign—more than four times the scale of previous programs. Lindsay indicated that two drill rigs would be deployed, with operations expected to commence in early May. He added that preparations were already underway on site, including logistics, contractor coordination and infrastructure installation.
Beyond drilling, Resolution Minerals Ltd is advancing metallurgical testing focused on tungsten and antimony, which Lindsay described as critical components of the broader development strategy. He emphasised that while such work may be overlooked by some investors, it remains essential to unlocking project value.
The Horse Heaven Project offers exposure to a suite of commodities including antimony, tungsten, gold and silver, all of which are attracting increased attention due to their strategic importance. Lindsay highlighted that the company is “in the right commodity” and positioned within a favourable US jurisdiction, where demand for critical metals continues to strengthen.
Permitting and expansion activities are also progressing, with applications submitted to extend drilling at Golden Gate and initiate new work at Antimony Ridge, including a bulk sampling program. These developments represent potential near-term catalysts as the company works to broaden its exploration footprint.
In parallel, Resolution Minerals Ltd is advancing plans for a Nasdaq listing, which Lindsay suggested could unlock additional capital from US investors by improving liquidity and market access. He noted that interest from US institutions is building, with stronger participation expected once the listing is in place.
With drilling imminent and multiple workstreams underway, the coming months are likely to generate steady news flow, positioning the company for further market attention.

Proactive: Welcome back to Proactive Investors. I’m your host, Kerry Stevenson. I’m joined by Craig Lindsay, CEO of US operations for Resolution Minerals Ltd. You’ve just announced a $20 million capital raise. Can you tell us more about it and how the funds will be used?
Craig Lindsay: It’s a difficult and choppy market, so we were really happy to raise $20 million. The pricing was strong and we’re up significantly from where we were 30–45 days ago. Importantly, existing institutional investors like Tribeca and L1 stepped up because they see value at this level.
Proactive: That’s strong support. What about interest from the US?
Craig Lindsay: We’ve had a very good reception in the US and are working with banks there. We expect stronger capital inflows once our Nasdaq listing is complete in the coming weeks, as that will improve trading efficiency compared to the OTC market.
Proactive: Let’s talk about the Horse Heaven Project in Idaho. How will the funds be deployed?
Craig Lindsay: We’re embarking on a 45,000-foot drill program, which is a major increase from last year. We’ll have two drills operating. I’m currently in Idaho working on logistics with contractors. There’s a lot happening as we prepare for drilling.
Proactive: What other work is underway?
Craig Lindsay: We’re installing infrastructure like a water filtration system and advancing metallurgical testing. It may not excite all investors, but it’s critical to the project’s success. We’re also progressing permitting and expanding operations across key targets.
Proactive: Can you elaborate on the commodities focus?
Craig Lindsay: This is a critical metals story—antimony, tungsten and gold. These are highly topical in the US right now, particularly given global demand drivers.
Proactive: When will drilling begin?
Craig Lindsay: We expect to start between May 3 and May 7. We’re mobilising now, with crews on site preparing for a large-scale program in a challenging environment.
Proactive: Sounds like a busy period ahead. Thanks for the update.
Craig Lindsay: Thanks, Kerry. Looking forward to sharing more soon.
