Risers & Fallers, including Rambler, Petro Matad, PeerTV , Strategic Minerals , Optibiotix and more

Rambler Metals rose after it completed its pre-feasibility study.

Below are the main movers at 4pm.

RISERS

Rambler Metals and Mining (LON:RMM) up 17.95%. The mining and exploration company completed a pre-feasibility assessment at its Ming copper-gold mine in Canada.

Strategic Minerals (LON:SML) up 15.2%. Chief executive John Peters acquired 3 million shares in the company for 0.6 pence. "My purchase, at significantly above market, reflects my continued confidence in the company" he said.

Petro Matad (LON:MATD) up 14.9%. Shares continue to rise after the company appointed a new chief executive and chairman on Friday.

Optibiotix (LON:OPTI) up 11.4%. The company was boosted by a newspaper recommendation over the weekend.

FALLERS

Peer TV (LON:PTV) down 13.9%. The company issued 16.7mln shares at a price of 0.0999 pence to YA Global SPV Ltd under a convertible loan note facility agreed in February.

Kirkland Lake Gold (LON:KGI) down 18%. The company updated the market that its shares will cease trading on AIM on August 3.

Atlas Development (LON:ADSS) down 10.8%. Shares in the support services company continue to slide after it said on Friday that it expects to make a loss in the first half of the year, and warned that the second half will also be tough.

RISERS

Standard Chartered (LON:STAN), the insurance giant, added 1.28% as it unveiled a new management team, headed up by Bill Withers, CEO, which it says will "deliver a plan to address the future performance of the group by year-end".

Elsewhere, software developer Aveva (LON:AVV) surged 28.44% after engineering firm Schneider Electric said it would acquire it in a reverse takeover deal.

Tomco Energy (LON:TOM) raced up almost 39%, building on Friday's gains, when it confirmed it reached its key strategic goal for the Holliday Block shale oil project in Utah.

FALLERS

Gold miner Centamin (LON:CEY) dropped 4.75% as the gold price slumped to a five year-low.

Balfour Beatty (LON:BBY),the UK construction giant, was also slipping again, losing 0.85%. Last week the group issued a profit warning for 2015 but said it was seeing signs of improving cash performance.

88 Energy (LON:88E) slipped 15.38% after it said shares in Australia were suspended pending an announcement about a capital raise.
