MustGrow Biologics Corp. (TSX-V:MGRO, OTCQB:MGROF, FRA:0C0) has reported a sharp increase in revenue for 2025 as it expanded its biological and regenerative agriculture offering.
For the year ended December 31, 2025, the company generated sales revenue of $8.3 million, up from $0.4 million in 2024, reflecting increased commercial activity, particularly for its TerraSante biofertility product in the United States.
US sales of TerraSante reached $0.6 million in 2025, a 377% increase from just over $0.1 million in the prior year, with a reported gross margin of 20%.
Operating expenses rose to $7.7 million from $5.4 million a year earlier, primarily due to the cost of running the NexusBioAg Canadian sales division. Net loss for the year widened to $7.3 million, compared with $4.9 million in 2024.
MustGrow CEO Corey Giasson said the company’s efforts in 2025 were centered on preparing for increased demand in the US market.
“Throughout 2025, management focused on securing capital and increasing third-party manufacturing capacity to prepare for growing TerraSanteTM demand in the US,” he said.
He added that the decision to shut down the Canadian distribution unit was aimed at reallocating resources toward scaling production. Giasson described the move as “a key strategic decision” intended to support the company’s focus on TerraSante.
Demand for the product exceeded available supply during the year, contributing to the strong growth in US sales, he noted.
Looking ahead, Giasson said the company expects further sales growth and improved margins as production processes evolve and external conditions become more favorable.
“For 2026, we anticipate continued growth in TerraSante sales and an improvement in gross margins with more favourable US tariffs and as we shift from small scale batch production to continuous production with our contract manufacturers,” he said.
He added that MustGrow is also exploring opportunities to expand TerraSante into new international markets where regulatory pathways may allow for faster commercialization.
