Constellation Healthcare Technologies (LON:CHT) has appointed the founder of outsource specialist Capita (LON:CPI) to its board as a non-executive.
Sir Rodney Aldridge will join the board immediately, Constellation said.
Aldridge has held a 1.33% stake in the doctors’ surgery outsourcer since its listing last December and Paul Parmar, Constellation’s chief executive, said "There was no one better suited to help advise the company in its current growth stage”.
“As founder and CEO of Capita, he understands how to build an outsource service business organically and through acquisition.
“His guidance to the board and the business as a whole will be invaluable as he has a proven track record of buying and building businesses and successfully integrating them.
Aldridge said: "I am very excited about joining the board of Constellation. This is a model that I have a lot of experience of operating successfully with Capita. “
Broker finnCap it was a strong addition to the board and endorsement of Constellation’s growth opportunities.
It kept its share price target at 280p.
