Supply@Me Capital shares plunge 13% as accounts delay triggers trading suspension

Supply@ME Capital PLC (LSE:SYME), the fintech group that provides inventory monetisation solutions to manufacturing and trading companies, fell 13% to 0.0026p after announcing it will miss the deadline to publish its 2025 annual accounts, triggering a temporary suspension of its shares.

The company, which trades under the ticker SYME, said it is continuing to work with auditor Bright Graham Murray to finalise the audit for the year ended 31 December but requires additional time beyond the 30 April 2026 regulatory deadline.

The shares will be suspended from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange from 7.30 am on 1 May, and will remain suspended until the accounts are published and the company applies for the suspension to be lifted.

Chief executive Alessandro Zamboni said the team had been working diligently with the auditor to deliver the accounts on time and that removing the suspension remained the company's priority.
