Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF, FRA:7KE) announced it has renewed and expanded two existing revolving credit facilities, increasing its total available borrowing capacity by $1.95 million to a combined $5.45 million.
The company said the facilities, originally established in 2025, have been renewed without changes to their existing terms. They remain secured by certain assets of the company and its subsidiaries, carry the same interest rates, and continue under a one-year renewable structure.
According to Replenish, the additional credit capacity is intended to provide greater working capital flexibility as it pursues growth initiatives in 2026.
A portion of the funds is expected to support operations at its production facility in Beiseker, Alberta, where the company has recently reached sustained production rates of approximately 4 to 5 metric tonnes per hour. The facility is targeting output of around 2,000 metric tonnes per month once upgrades and continuous operations are fully implemented.
The company said the expanded financing will help fund inventory, raw material purchases, and receivables as production increases toward full commercial capacity.
Replenish also indicated that the credit expansion will support its licensing program, through which it provides its fertilizer manufacturing process and formulations to third-party partners. The company is currently working with partners, including Farmers Union Enterprises and MJ Ag Solutions, and is pursuing additional licensing opportunities.
The added capital is expected to assist with upfront investments and operational support required to onboard new licensees, the company said.
