Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM, FRA:6TJ, OTCQB:VLRMF) has launched a new fortnightly blog, Valereum Vox, as the Aquis-listed group moves to give shareholders more regular updates outside the formal regulatory news flow.
The company said the new format was designed in response to investor requests for more frequent news and insights on developments across the business. The first edition points readers to several of Valereum’s current areas of focus, including a mining mandate and proposed precious metals partnership, its QGP partnership with UMACO Gold and a “mine-to-token” structure, a new distribution partnership with Chintai, and the Digital Assets Summit 2026 in El Salvador.
Valereum said future editions will be published in a dedicated Vox News section on its website. It also stressed that the blog is non-regulatory and that the information it contains is not expected to have a material impact on management’s expectations for the company’s future performance.
The statement separately reiterated that the group holds cryptocurrencies or crypto assets in its treasury and intends to remain materially exposed to that market, while noting that investors in the company do not have direct exposure to those holdings.
