Delivra Health Brands inks licensing deal with Peak Processing Solutions to expand LivRelief in Canada

Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB, OTCQB:DHBUF, FRA:3F0) has announced a new licensing agreement aimed at expanding the reach of its LivRelief Infused topical products in Canada.

The agreement is between Delivra Health’s wholly owned subsidiary, LivCorp, and Peak Processing Solutions. Under the terms of the deal, Peak will manufacture, distribute, and sell LivRelief Infused topicals across the Canadian market.

The LivRelief Infused product line will include three formulations: a CBD-only topical containing 500 mg of CBD with cooling effects; a balanced formulation with 250 mg each of THC and CBD; and an extra-strength CBD cream containing 1,200 mg of CBD.

The initial term of the licence agreement is five years, with automatic renewals for up to three additional three-year periods.

Delivra said the partnership is intended to strengthen its position in the infused topicals segment.

"We expect our partnership with Peak to realize benefits well beyond Delivra's existing processing and distribution channels,” Delivra CEO Gord Davey said.

“Peak's deep expertise in consumer-packaged goods makes them a natural fit to accelerate the growth and reach of the LivRelief Infused brand."

Barry Katzman, Peak CEO, said the collaboration aligns with the company’s focus on operational efficiency and consumer trust.

"Together, we look forward to driving growth in the infused topicals category and expanding access to this well-recognized Canadian wellness brand,” Katzman said.

Separately, Delivra Health announced it has granted a total of 440,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The options, issued under the company’s 10% fixed stock option plan, are exercisable at $0.14 per common share. They have a five-year term and will vest in equal thirds annually over three years, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and exchange policies.
