Digitalbox PLC (AIM:DBOX, FRA:RLXB) said non-executive director Claire Blunt will step down from the board at the end of April, as the AIM-listed media group loses its remuneration committee chair less than two years after she joined.
Blunt, who joined the board in October 2024, is leaving to focus on her role as CFO & COO of Steven.com, the company noted.
Chairman Marcus Rich said Blunt had made a “significant contribution” during her time on the board and called her “a very important member” of the team.
