Singular Health Group Ltd (ASX:SHG) has received US$500,000 from Provider Network Solutions (PNS), marking an important commercial milestone under its existing US enterprise agreement and signalling further progress in the rollout of its 3DICOM MD® platform.
The payment represents the balance of licence fees linked to the deployment of an additional 500 3DICOM MD® licences. Singular said this fulfils its contractual rollout obligations under the binding enterprise agreement announced in June 2025 and expands the scale of the platform across the PNS network.
What it means for the company
For Singular Health, the payment is more than a cash receipt. It shows the company is converting contract execution into revenue while also building evidence that its technology can deliver value in a live healthcare setting. The company said enterprise use within PNS is progressing positively, with increasing utilisation of the platform in clinical workflows. Early feedback has also pointed to meaningful cost savings through reduced duplicate imaging.
That matters because PNS is a sizeable healthcare services organisation managing care for around 4.2 million covered lives across its provider network. Continued uptake within that system gives Singular a growing presence in the US market and a commercial reference point as it works to scale the platform further.
“We view a savings rate of 3%–5% of the US$35 per member per month duplicate imaging costs as material savings, and we are currently exceeding all our expectations. This validates our belief in the strong future for the 3DICOM™ platform and its delivery of material reductions in duplicate imaging costs and enhanced efficiencies and interoperability across our network," Dr Jose Pelayo, CEO of Provider Network Solutions said.
"Based on the results we are seeing, the 3DICOM™ platform is well positioned to attract broader interest from more U.S. healthcare plans as outcomes from our usage are utilized. PNS remains committed in its strong belief in the future financial and commercial scaleablity of the 3DICOM MD® platform.”
Focus on rollout and expansion
Singular said the latest licence deployment strengthens its reach across the PNS network and supports its broader commercial push in the US. The company is continuing to embed the 3DICOM MD® platform into clinical workflows, where it says the software is helping improve access to patient data while cutting unnecessary repeat imaging.
Management also views the latest payment as validation of the platform’s value to PNS. Chief executive Denning Chong said the payment and deployment of the next tranche of licences were important milestones in scaling Singular’s commercial reach through PNS and its network. He added that the company was encouraged by the platform’s ongoing performance in delivering cost savings and workflow efficiencies in a real-world healthcare environment.
“The receipt of this payment and the deployment of the next tranche of licences represents confirmation by PNS of the value of the 3DICOM MD® platform and are important milestones in scaling our commercial reach thought PNS and its network and beyond.
"We are encouraged by the ongoing performance of the platform, which is demonstrating its ability to deliver tangible cost savings and workflow efficiencies in a real-world healthcare environment. We look forward to continuing to work closely with PNS as we progress discussions around renewal and expansion opportunities with PNS and its network.”
Next steps with PNS
With the current rollout continuing to perform, Singular is now looking beyond the initial term of the agreement. The company said it has commenced discussions with PNS regarding renewal and potential expansion of the licensing arrangement.
PNS has also pointed to strong early results, saying the platform is exceeding expectations in reducing duplicate imaging costs and could attract broader interest from other U.S. healthcare plans. For Singular, that creates an opportunity to build on the current contract, deepen its relationship with PNS and use the agreement as a springboard for wider growth in the U.S. market.
