CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, OTCQX:CTLHF) has disclosed that a criminal complaint has been filed against its Chilean subsidiaries and certain directors and officers over a disputed payment relating to mining concessions at its Laguna Verde project.
Made in a local court in Chile's Atacama Region, it covers substantially the same ground as a civil claim first reported in December and relates to an alleged non-payment of a second instalment under a sales and purchase agreement.
The company denied the allegations and said they would have no impact on its operations or plans.
