SEEEN plc (AIM:SEEN) shares rose 28.57% to 4.5p after the group announced a change of adviser and a board update.
The AIM-listed company said Zeus Capital has been appointed as nominated adviser and sole broker with immediate effect.
At the same time, SEEEN named Christopher Andrew as an independent director, replacing Mark Williams, who has stepped down to focus on other business interests.
Andrew has more than 25 years’ experience in wealth management and alternative investments and is the founder of Clarmond Wealth, advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
The company disclosed that Andrew currently holds 416,667 shares in SEEEN.
It also noted that two companies where he has served as a director, Logic Investments and Duuzra Event Software, have entered administration and liquidation respectively, with proceedings ongoing.
SEEEN describes itself as a smart video technology business focused on optimising key video moments to drive video commerce.
In the past year, the shares have drifted 22% lower, valuing the business at below £5 million.
