Silverwood Brands PLC (AQSE:SLWD), the Aquis-listed consumer brands holding company, is expanding into Boots, targeting Walmart US, TikTok and Japanese television shopping channels, and investing in outbound sales at its Japanese manufacturing arm as it pushes for growth across its brand portfolio in 2026.
Balmonds, the British natural skincare brand, is deepening its relationship with Boots following a 2025 launch in the pharmacy chain, with a new sales and marketing director leading the effort, and the company expects the brand to return to strong growth over the next two years.
Nailberry, the oxygenated nail polish brand, is preparing strategic launches and expanding into Walmart US, TikTok, and Japan's TV Shop Channel, building on what the company described as the most successful colour collection launch in the brand's history.
Cigarro, a personal care brand within the Sonotas subsidiary, is being developed further through 2026 after recording revenue growth of 109% in the period.
Cosme Science, Silverwood's Japanese contract cosmetics manufacturer, is investing in outbound sales capability to complement its historically referral-driven model, following key customer wins including a renewal from Rankup Co. and a new contract with Fujifilm for hotel amenities.
The growth push comes as the company reported a swing to EBITDA profit of £327,000 in the six months to 31 December 2025, from a £71,000 loss a year earlier, on revenue of £9.19 million against £9.28 million previously.
The group posted a statutory loss after tax of £48,000, sharply narrowed from £377,000 in the prior period.
Chief executive Andrew Gerrie said the company would continue to prioritise long-term profitability over short-term revenue, and used the results to criticise what he described as excessive regulatory and audit burdens on smaller listed companies.
