Jubilee Platinum (LON:JLP) up 13.4%. The company announced the sale of its Middelburg smelter and power operations in South Africa for around £5.8mln.
Ferrum Crescent (LON:FCR) up 11.8%. Shares rose as the firm said it should receive the overdue payment under the financing agreement with Principle Monarchy Investments next week.
Strategic Minerals (LON:SML) up 11%. The New Zealand government agreed the change of the Tatu coal mine licence's ownership to Strategic, the first step to developing it.

Rurelec (LON:RUR) down 7.7%. Shares continue to fall after it said a US$12 million bridging loan had been suspended pending clarification on the security and repayment of the facility, if taken.
Petroceltic (LON:PCI) down 6.1%. The company confirmed it has now received a letter from activist shareholder Worldview requesting a new extraordinary general meeting.
Imaginatik (LON:IMTK) down 5.3%. Shares continue to fall on yesterday’s news that full year revenue rose, but by less than some market analysts had expected.

Clean Air (LON:CAP) up 18%. A delayed reaction to yesterday’s news that a number of parties have expressed an interest in acquiring all or part of the company as it looks for long-term financial stability.
ServicePower (LON:SVR) up 9%. The company expects to return to profit in the second half of the year as first half sales improved.
Finsbury Food Group (LON:FIF) up 6.3%. The specialist baker said profits and earnings will be ahead of expectations due to a 532% rise in its UK bakery division.

LGO Energy (LON:LGO) down 7.3%. Latest test results at Goudron in Trinidad produced 240 barrels of oil per day.
Range Resources (LON:RRL) down 7.3%. After rising yesterday on news it expects to spud the Canari North exploration well in Trinidad, shares slipped back slightly today.
FTSE 350: Mitchells & Butlers (LON:MAB) down 3%. A double downgrade sent shares lower as both Numis Securities and Deutsche Bank reduced their ratings to a ‘hold’.

EMED Mining (LON:EMED) up 9%. Its subsidiary and owner of Proyecto Riotinto EMED Tartessus has been awarded the activity licence from the Minas de Riotinto Municipality.
Transense Technologies (LON:TRT) up 9%. The company said it has received a “number of enquiries” about subscribing for new shares at the same price offered to institutions on the 29 June open offer.
Sound Oil (LON:SOU) up 6.6%. Shares rose on news that Sound has received a production concession from the Italian authorities for its Nervesa project.

Central Rand Gold (LON:CRND) down 21.4%. The company said it was “cautious” about the sale of its Dutch subsidiary as it talks to potential buyers.
Armadale Capital (LON:ACP) down 8.7%. Shares have been volatile since the company said it is planning to raise £400,000 from the placing of 10mln shares.
Edenville Energy (LON:EDL) down 8.8%. Shares rose yesterday when the company said it has started the formal review process for the Rukwa Power Plant Feasibility with Tanzania's Ministry of Energy and Minerals and Tanesco, but slipped back today.
