Algernon Health (CSE:AGN, OTCQB:AGNPF, FRA:AGW0) told investors that its previously announced rebranding to Grey Matters Health will take effect April 21, 2026, alongside a 10:1 share consolidation.
The company will trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol ‘GREY.’
Post-consolidation, about 5.4 million common shares are expected to be outstanding, with new CUSIP and ISIN identifiers issued.
