Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE:ASTR) told investors its position in Subnet 46, or RESI, has increased to the equivalent of roughly 1,754 TAO, deepening its exposure to an AI-driven property appraisal business inside the Bittensor ecosystem.
The AQSE-listed group said it originally committed 1,262 TAO to RESI on 29 November through on-market purchases of subnet tokens, and, as of today, that holding has risen by 492 TAO, marking a 38.98% increase since the partnership began.
It noted that RESI is building remote housing appraisal tools for the US market that can deliver property valuations within two days and without a surveyor, targeting the emerging digital-asset home equity lending space, and, the firm's role will include validating on the subnet, backing AI-led real estate services and drawing on intelligence generated by the platform.
Chief executive Siam Kidd said the wider prize is the tokenisation of real-world assets, but argued that property cannot move fully on-chain without trusted pricing data for lenders and insurers.
"In our view, the tokenisation of nearly all assets will eventually happen, it's just a case of when," Kidd said.
"The primary hurdle for tokenised property is fast and accurate pricing of a property which insurers and lenders can rely on.
This doesn't properly exist yet, but we are confident that RESI could be the first entity to really embed themselves at the centre of this as the go-to data oracle connecting the real world with the digital world."
