Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC (AIM:LST, FRA:9FD), the AIM-listed technology and manufacturing company, has completed the acquisitions of injection moulding specialist RLUK Injection and its subsidiary Injectaclad, the remaining 10% minority interest in UK Circuits and Electronics Solutions, and a related property.
The transactions, first announced on 11 March, have now formally closed.
