374Water Inc (NASDAQ:SCWO, FRA:8LL) announced on Tuesday that it has reappointed Rick Davis, who previously served on its board from 2021 until June 2025, to its board of directors.
According to the company, Davis brings more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and clean technology.
Davis was CEO of PowerVerde from 2011 to 2021 and has held senior roles at RBC Dain Rauscher, William R. Hough and Company, and First Equity Corporation of Florida. He also served as managing director of corporate finance at Martinez-Ayme Securities.
“It is an honor to re-join the Board of 374Water as we continue to bring truly innovative destruction technology to markets that need a modern approach," Davis said.
"I believe we are better positioned now, than ever to capitalize on this opportunity and deliver significant value for shareholders by positioning 374Water for a cleaner tomorrow."
Davis’ appointment was approved unanimously. James Pawloski, the company’s lead independent director, welcomed Davis back to the board.
"He has raised significant capital for 374Water since the company's inception and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with him,” Pawloski noted.
The board also includes Pawloski; Marc Deshusses, Brad Freels, Chuck Weiser, and Stephen McKnight.
Shares of 374Water gained around 2.2% at Tuesday's open.
