Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) announced it has achieved cash flow positive operations following the completion of a company-wide optimization program driven by artificial intelligence.
The Toronto-based firm said the initiative focused on automating processes across product development, engineering, and go-to-market functions, alongside organizational restructuring aimed at reducing operational redundancy. As a result, the company expects to reach an annualized cost savings run rate of approximately $400,000 once remaining measures are finalized by May 1.
According to the company, the shift represents a transition toward a leaner, AI-first operating model designed to improve scalability, execution speed, and long-term profitability.
Nextech3D.ai stated it expects to be cash flow positive by the beginning of May, marking the first time it has reached that milestone.
In addition to its financial update, the company announced that its blockchain-based ticketing platform is now production-ready. The system includes a payment gateway and custodial wallet with fiat checkout capabilities, enabling broader partner and enterprise integrations.
The company said the infrastructure is designed to support secure and transparent ticketing at scale while opening potential new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
Nextech3D.ai is also preparing to launch a unified event technology platform that consolidates multiple services, including booth sales, registration, ticketing, and engagement tools, into a single system. The integration is intended to streamline operations for event organizers and create cross-selling opportunities.
"Becoming cash flow positive is a defining inflection point for Nextech3D.ai. It confirms our AI‑driven operating model is working-and it gives us the leverage to scale,” Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg said in a statement.
Separately, the company confirmed that MAPD 2.0, its updated booth sales and interactive floor plan platform, is expected to launch later this month.
The announcement follows the company’s recent acquisition of Krafty, which is being integrated into its broader ecosystem to expand experiential offerings such as curated tastings and interactive event features.
Nextech3D.ai said that, with a reduced cost base and expanded platform capabilities, it is positioning itself for more disciplined and scalable growth within the event technology sector.
“We've rebuilt the company into a lean, high‑velocity, AI‑first platform business, and we believe we're now positioned to accelerate disciplined growth through our unified event technology stack and production‑ready blockchain infrastructure,” Gappelberg said.
