MedPal AI plc (AIM:MPAL), the digital health company, has launched what it describes as the first closed-loop digital health operating system in the UK, integrating wearable data, artificial intelligence triage, clinician-led prescribing and robotic dispensing into a single platform.
The MedPal Health OS aggregates real-time physiological data from more than 100 wearable devices and health apps, including Apple Health, Whoop and Garmin, feeding it into a clinician-trained AI that generates personalised health scores and flags potential interventions.
Where clinical action is required, the platform supports AI-assisted diagnosis and prescribing, with medications fulfilled through robotic dispensing infrastructure capable of processing more than 200 items per hour at 99.99% accuracy.
The company said physiological changes following medication delivery are tracked back into the wearable data layer, continuously refining each patient's profile.
MedPal has an existing partnership with Epassi, giving it zero-cost access to more than 11 million employees as a potential user base.
The company also plans to expand through business-to-business licensing to healthcare providers and insurers.
