RISERS
CEB Resources (LON:CEB) up 11.6%. No news out but the bulletin boards were a flutter with speculation that news will be out shortly, while others said the share priced too low not to buy.
Minoan (LON:MIN) up 9.1%. Shares tumbled yesterday on news it was unlikely to meet market expectations due to concerns in Greece, but rebounded today as an end to Greece’s woes could take a big step forward if a debt deal is passed through parliament tonight.
FTSE 350: Ophir Energy (LOB:OPHR) up 3.2%. Investec raised Ophir Energy to ‘buy’ from ‘hold’ and lifted its price target to 175p from 160p saying “if you apply a 12.5% discount and some slack to project timelines/riskings, Ophir is still comfortably a buy.”
FALLERS
Macromac (LON:MACC) down 21.8%. The company issued 1.2mln shares to satisfy the first of the deferred payments required for the acquisition of Smile Interactive.
Roxi Petroleum (LON:RXP) down 17.48%. The company said it will side-track the deep well A5 at its flagship BNG contract area in Kazakhstan.
FTSE 350: Tullow Oil (LON:TLW) down 4.9%. Investec downgraded Tullow Oil to ‘sell’ from ‘hold’ and slashed its price target to 170p from 385p.

RISERS
Lonmin (LON:LMI) up 8%. The company benefited from an upgrade to ‘neutral’ from ‘sell’ by blue-chip broker Goldman Sachs.
KAZ Minerals (LON:KAZ) up 4.7%. Barclays did the honours for KAZ, keeping it at ‘equal weight’ but raising the target price 50p to 200p.
FTSE 100: Anglo American (LON:AAL) up 2.7%. Rounding out the broker upgrades, Credit Suisse boosted its rating on the shares to 'outperform' from 'neutral'.
FALLERS
JD Wetherspoon (LON:JDW) down 7.5%. The pub chain warned that annual profit was unlikely to top last year's, due to higher pub running costs.
Micro Focus International (LON:MCRO) down 6.4%. Much like Entertainment One below, major shareholder Wizard Parent sold a £270mln stake in software company Micro Focus International via a share placing.
FTSE 100: Burberry (LON:BRBY) down 2.2%. The upmarket fashion house said the trading backdrop remained tough and that a further slowdown in the high-margin market of Hong Kong had affected its numbers.

RISERS
Mosman Oil and Gas (LON:MSMN) up 75%. There was no news out.
AGA Rangemaster Group (LON:AGA) up 19.4%. It has agreed to be taken over by US kitchen product company Middleby for £129mln.
Tower Resources (LON:TRP) up 10%. The company has raised £5.2mln in a share placing to fund it’s a new project offshore Cameroon, in the Niger Delta.
FALLERS
Black Sea Property (LON:BKSA) down 33%. The fund is to raise £1,5mln before expenses through a placing of 152,000,000 new ordinary shares at 1p per share. Shares will be suspended from tomorrow.
Rurelec (LON:RUR) down 30%. Shares dropped as it said a US$12mln bridging loan has been suspended pending clarification on the security and repayment of the facility, if taken.
Entertainment One (LON:ETO) down 9.75%. Marwyn Value Investors sold 9% of the company at 330p per share via a placing.
