Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF, FRA:7KE) has announced the appointment of veteran accountant and corporate director Steven Glover as a Special Advisor to its Board of Directors.
The company stated that Glover will also be nominated for election to the board at its Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 19, 2026.
According to Replenish, Glover is expected to serve as chair of the audit committee if elected. He joins the organization as an independent director nominee and brings nearly 50 years of experience in accounting, financial oversight, and governance within public companies.
Glover’s professional background includes senior executive roles as well as leadership positions in regulatory and professional organizations. He has also served extensively on boards and audit committees.
He currently holds the roles of Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair at Genesis Land Development, where he oversees financial reporting, enterprise risk management, and governance practices.
In addition to his corporate experience, Glover has a background in agriculture. He was raised on a multi-generation family farm in Ontario, where he gained experience in dairy, livestock, and cash-crop operations. The company noted that his familiarity with soil stewardship, farm economics, and long-term land productivity aligns with its focus on regenerative agriculture and soil health.
Neil Wiens, Replenish’s CEO, said Glover’s appointment adds financial and governance strength to the company’s board.
"His experience as an audit committee chair of a TSX-listed company and his deep understanding of public-company oversight will be invaluable as Replenish continues to grow and mature,” Wiens said.
“In addition, his long-standing connection to agriculture and firsthand understanding of farm operations and soil stewardship further strengthen his fit with our mission and long-term strategy."
