Haydale Graphene shares lifted on new deal with water firm

Haydale Graphene (LSE:HAYD, OTC:HDGHF, FRA:6HG) shares rose 10.54% to 0.31p after the group said its SaveMoneyCutCarbon platform has expanded its partnership with Wave Utilities into an exclusive multi-year framework expected to deliver at least £1.0 million in recurring annual revenue.

The agreement makes SaveMoneyCutCarbon Wave’s exclusive external delivery partner for water-efficiency audits and gives it right of first refusal on funded water-efficiency projects.

Haydale said the deal embeds the business in Wave’s national rollout and builds on an existing three-year schools programme that began in 2025.

Wave is the largest business water retailer in England by water volume, serving more than 300,000 business customers through its joint venture owners Anglian Water and Northumbrian Water.

Haydale said the broader pipeline of identified opportunities tied to the expanded partnership is worth about £5.7 million over the medium term.

The company said the programme is designed to convert audits into deployment work, improving revenue visibility and creating scope to sell a wider range of energy-efficiency products and services, including JustHeat, renewables and EV infrastructure.
