Cryptosoft, one of technology investor Tern’s (LON:TERN) portfolio of companies, has launched a new product to tap into the fast growing ‘Internet of things’
Cryptosoft specialises in online security and data analysis and the new product, V3.0, includes enhanced encryption for ‘Internet of things’ (IoT) and ‘machine to machine’ (M2M) devices.
Jon Penney, Cryptosoft’s founder and chief technological officer, said the software “enables customers to deploy centrally managed, transparent encryption services for their IoT devices.
“This is a revolutionary advance for securing IoT and M2M deployments and we are not aware of any other existing products that currently offer these capabilities."
Cryptosoft is 95% owned by Tern.
