European Lithium extends share buy-back program

European Lithium Ltd (ASX:EUR, OTCQB:EULIF) has closed its current on-market share buy-back as of March 31, 2026, and is proposing a new buy-back program.

The extended buy-back is scheduled to run for six months from April 15, 2026, to October 15, 2026, unless completed or terminated earlier, signalling continued capital management initiatives by the company.

Aruma identifies conductive trends at Tillex project

Aruma Resources Ltd (ASX:AAJ) reported positive results from an electromagnetic (EM) survey at its Tillex Copper-Silver Project in Ontario, Canada.

The ground-based fixed loop time domain electromagnetic (FLTDEM) survey was designed to identify conductors associated with copper mineralisation both along strike and at depth, as well as beyond the known mineralised footprint.

The program has defined two significant conductive trends, providing new targets for follow-up exploration.

Askari Metals returns strong trenching results in Namibia

Askari Metals Ltd (ASX:AS2, FRA:7ZG) announced assay results from its Phase I trenching program at the OP Pegmatite Target within its 100%-owned Uis Project in Namibia.

The project is prospective for tin, tantalum, lithium and rubidium, and is located adjacent to the Uis Tin Mine, which hosts a JORC (2012) mineral resource estimate of 77.51Mt at 0.79% Li₂O, 0.15% Sn and 82 ppm Ta.

Historical work across the tenure has returned high-grade mineralisation from mapping, rock chip sampling and RC drilling, with multiple pegmatite targets already defined and additional zones identified but yet to be tested.

St George Mining partners with Boston Metal on processing technology

St George Mining Ltd (ASX:SGQ, FRA:S0G, OTC:SGQMF) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Boston Metal to trial molten oxide electrolysis (MOE) technology at its Araxá niobium-REE Project in Brazil.

The collaboration will assess the application of MOE technology for ferroniobium production, with Boston Metal set to evaluate material from the project.

The initiative is aimed at improving production efficiencies and could position St George as a leader in sustainable processing for ferroniobium.
