Nick Tulloch has resigned as a non-executive director of Chill Brands Group PLC (LSE:CHLL) with immediate effect to focus on other business interests.
Chairman Harry Chathli thanked Tulloch for his "valued contribution" during his tenure and wished him well.
No replacement has been announced.
