Minerals 260 hits high-grade gold at Bullabulling as maiden reserve and updated resource stay on track

Minerals 260 Ltd (ASX:MI6) has reported more strong drilling results from its 100%-owned Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia, with new assays continuing to support resource confidence and growth ahead of a maiden ore reserve and updated mineral resource estimate due in mid-2026.

The latest batch covers 22 holes for 5,425 metres and includes a number of standout intercepts from the Bacchus and Phoenix deposits, both of which sit within the project’s December 2025 resource base of 130 million tonnes at 1.0 grams per ton (g/t) gold for 4.5 million ounces.

At Bacchus, infill and extensional drilling returned several higher-grade hits, including 7 metres at 7.2 g/t gold from 86 metres, 11 metres at 3.3 g/t from 185 metres and 28 metres at 1.7 g/t from 159 metres, with higher-grade internal zones up to 22.6 g/t and 17.6 g/t.

The company said recent Bacchus drilling continued to intersect mineralisation above the current resource grade across multiple lodes and also highlighted a potentially more extensive higher-grade footwall zone than previously interpreted.

One extensional hole, BBRC0511, returned 6 metres at 2.9 g/t gold from 276 metres outside the current MRE pit shell, with a diamond tail planned to test for further mineralisation at depth.

“Drilling results received since the December 2025 MRE continue to reinforce our confidence in the growth potential of the MRE. The current program is focused on both expanding the resource and upgrading classifications, particularly within shallow areas targeted for early mining, while also testing high-priority extension targets at depth and along strike. Our improved understanding of the geological framework and mineralisation controls at Bullabulling is enhancing targeting efficiency and is expected to continue delivering strong results,” Minerals 260 managing director, Luke McFadyen, said.

Phoenix rising

At Phoenix, six infill holes produced results in line with or better than the current model, including 5 metres at 3.8 g/t gold from 125 metres, 7 metres at 4.7 g/t from 199 metres, 20 metres at 1.1 g/t from 212 metres and 14 metres at 1.4 g/t from 220 metres. Minerals 260 said these results support continuity within the existing resource.

The company said drilling is continuing to confirm continuity along the 8.5-kilometre strike extent of the Bullabulling resource, while also testing multiple mineralised lenses outside the current estimate that could support growth both at depth and along strike. Seven rigs are on site.

A pre-feasibility study, including declaration of a maiden ore reserve, remains on track for release in mid-CY2026 and will be based on the December 2025 resource estimate. Results from the current program will also feed into an updated MRE planned for mid-CY2026, which is expected to form part of a definitive feasibility study scheduled for early CY2027.

Minerals 260 has now drilled 615 holes for 132,991 metres at Bullabulling since April 2025.
