Quartix Technologies PLC (AIM:QTX), the AIM-listed vehicle tracking and fleet management software company, has reported a sharp rise in profits and revenues for 2025, with its shares climbing 15% to 243p after management described the outlook for 2026 as "very encouraging".
Group revenue rose 12% to £35.7 million, while profit before tax increased 34% to £8.7 million.
Free cash flow more than doubled to £5.2 million, and the company is proposing a final dividend of 7.5p per share, bringing the total payout for the year to 10p, compared with 4.5p in 2024.
Annualised recurring revenue (ARR), the company's key forward-looking measure of subscription income, grew by a record £4.5 million to £37 million, a 14% increase.
The fleet subscription base expanded 11% to nearly 334,000 vehicles, with half of those now outside the UK, reflecting continued international expansion.
Customer numbers rose 9% to almost 33,000, with net revenue retention, a measure of how well the company holds onto existing subscription income, improving to 98.1% from 95.7%.
Chairman Andy Walters attributed the performance to improved operational efficiency, cost reductions, increased marketing investment and product innovation.
