ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM, FRA:25I), the LSE-listed drug discovery and development company, has completed a fundraising round totalling just under £6.5 million.
The raise combined a subscription with a retail offer run through the WRAP platform, which allows smaller investors to participate in company placings, generating £468,747 from 7.8 million shares sold to retail investors.
