Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB, OTCQB:DHBUF, FRA:3F0) has announced the upcoming US launch of its Dream Water Kids Sleep Gummies, with availability expected across distributors, retailers and e-commerce channels in June 2026.
The product is formulated to support children’s sleep and contains chamomile, lemon balm and 1 mg of melatonin. The gummies are lightly sweetened with honey and cane sugar and are free from artificial colors, flavors, gelatin and gluten.
Delivra CEO Gord Davey said the launch reflects the company’s focus on expanding its wellness offerings to meet consumers’ needs.

Separately, Delivra Health said its board has approved the grant of 815,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants under its stock option plan. The options are exercisable at $0.16 per share, have a five-year term, and will vest in equal installments over three years.
