Macy's, Inc. (NYSE:M) reported better-than-expected results for the fourth quarter on Wednesday, sending its shares about 5% higher.

The retailer posted adjusted earnings per share of $1.67, above the consensus $1.56.

Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) announced that a recently acquired division Krafty Labs reached profitability in its first full month under company ownership, as the firm pointed to improving margins and reiterated its expectation of achieving cash-flow positive operations in 2026.

The company said Krafty Labs, which it acquired in January 2026, generated approximately $130,000 in revenue in February, with a gross margin of 66% and a net margin of about 55%.

Shares of VivoPower PLC (NASDAQ:VIVO, FRA:51J) surged 23.3% on Wednesday morning after the company announced it had terminated its $180 million Form F-3 registration statement.

The decision, effective immediately, means no further sales of ordinary shares will be made under the filing, originally dated before the end of December 2025.

Shares in Gem Diamonds Limited (LSE:GEMD, OTC:GMDMF)) fell 18% to 3.78p on Wednesday after the company reported a $104 million attributable loss for 2025, driven by a $77.5 million writedown of the carrying value of its Letšeng mine in Lesotho.

Revenue fell to $98.4 million from $154.2 million in 2025, while underlying EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) collapsed to $3.9 million from $29.7 million.
