PYX Resources shares drop 28% after Australian exchange halts trading over accounts deadline miss

Shares in PYX Resources Ltd (LSE:PYX) fell 28% to 0.2p in London on Tuesday after the National Stock Exchange of Australia suspended trading in the company's securities following its failure to file preliminary financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The NSX imposed the halt under its listing rules, which require the timely lodgement of financial results.

Trading will remain suspended on the Australian exchange until PYX satisfies its disclosure obligations.

PYX is dual-listed on the NSX and the London Stock Exchange. The company has not disclosed when it expects to file the overdue accounts.
