Abacus Global Management (NYSE:ABX) said that its Board of Directors has approved a $20 million share repurchase program, effective January 30, 2026.
The program, part of the company’s broader capital allocation strategy, is intended to balance investments in growth initiatives with returning capital to shareholders. Abacus plans to fund the repurchases using cash on hand and free cash flow.
“This authorization reflects our confidence in the company’s long-term strategy, financial strength, and future growth prospects,” said Jay Jackson, CEO of Abacus. “Additionally, this program further positions Abacus for continued growth while enabling shareholders to benefit directly from strong and sustainable earnings.”
