Abacus Global Management CEO says “foundation is set” as firm expands recurring income, ABF strategy

Abacus Global Management (NYSE:ABX) CEO Jay Jackson outlined the company’s plans to scale recurring revenue and expand into new asset-based finance opportunities after a “defining” 2025 for the company.

“The foundation is set. The flywheel is turning. The opportunity in front of us is larger than it has ever been,” Jackson wrote in a letter to shareholders.

The company ended the 2025 calendar year with record results, including third-quarter revenue up 124% year-over-year, adjusted net income growth of 60%, and adjusted EBITDA growth of 127%, with margins of 60%. The firm has beaten earnings expectations for 10 consecutive quarters.

Looking ahead, Abacus raised full-year adjusted net income guidance to $80 million–$84 million, representing 72%–81% growth over 2024, and is positioning itself for a transition to a more predictable, fee-related earnings model. Currently, recurring revenue accounts for 15% of total income, with a target of 70% over time. Assets under management have grown to $3.33 billion from $2.96 billion at the start of the year.

The company plans to launch an asset-based finance (ABF) strategy in 2026, deploying third-party capital into structured credit and lending across consumer, commercial, intellectual property, and insurance-related assets. Jackson called the ABF market a “$20 trillion-plus opportunity,” highlighting stable cash flows, low correlation to traditional markets, and downside protection.

Abacus also completed the acquisition of digital life insurance platform AccuQuote, strengthening origination capabilities, and debuted on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker ABX in December. Jackson said these moves, combined with securitized note offerings, position the company to generate durable fee income while expanding institutional distribution.

“2026 will be about scaling our recurring revenue, expanding our asset-based finance platform, and continuing to demonstrate the power of the Abacus flywheel,” Jackson added.
