Highland Critical Minerals launches flow-through share financing

Highland Critical Minerals Corp (CSE:HLND, FRA:U8X) has launched a non-brokered flow-through private placement to raise up to C$400,000 to support exploration spending.

The company plans to issue up to 1.6 million flow-through common shares at a price of C$0.25 each, according to a statement.

The shares will qualify as “flow-through shares” under Canada’s Income Tax Act, allowing investors to benefit from certain tax deductions tied to exploration expenditures.

Highland said it intends to use the proceeds to fund eligible Canadian exploration expenses that are expected to qualify as flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures. The company aims to incur the qualifying expenditures by December 2027, and renounce them to subscribers in December 2026.

Toronto-based Highland Critical Minerals is a mineral exploration and development company focused on acquiring and exploring mining properties. Its current activities include exploration work at the Church and Sy properties, along with evaluating other potential mineral projects.
