Adobe Inc (NASDAQ:ADBE) shares fell more than 6% after the software maker reported its fiscal first quarter results, as investors reacted to the company’s weak quarterly profit outlook and a planned leadership transition despite headline beats on revenue and earnings.

The company reported revenue of $6.4 billion for the quarter ended February 27, up 12% year-over-year. Analysts had been expecting revenue of roughly $6.275 billion, implying mid-single-digit growth from the prior year.

Electric vehicle maker Rivian Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:RIVN) on Thursday unveiled pricing and specifications for its upcoming R2 midsize electric SUV, with models starting at about $45,000 as the company seeks to broaden its lineup and appeal to a wider market.

The company said deliveries will begin in spring 2026 with the R2 Performance trim with Launch Package, priced from $57,990. Additional Premium versions are expected in late 2026, while lower-priced Standard models are slated to arrive through 2027.

Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: WOOF) surged roughly 30% Thursday after Jefferies upgraded the pet retailer to “Buy” from “Hold,” saying the company has completed its turnaround and is poised for growth.

Jefferies said Petco enters fiscal 2026 with liquidity and profitability concerns largely behind it, and that the breadth of planned initiatives plays to the retailer’s strengths rather than relying on an improving macro environment.

Dollar General Corp (NYSE:DG) shares fell more than 4% on Thursday morning after the discount retailer issued guidance for fiscal 2026 that came in below Wall Street expectations, overshadowing stronger-than-expected fourth quarter results.

For the fourth quarter ended January 30, 2026, the company reported revenue of $10.91 billion, topping analyst estimates of $10.78 billion.

UiPath Inc (NYSE:PATH) reported stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter results driven by healthy subscription growth and rising profitability.

The automation software company posted revenue of $481 million, up 13.6% year-over-year and above analysts’ estimates of $465 million. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.30, beating forecasts of $0.25.

Bumble Inc (NASDAQ:BMBL) shares rose more than 36% to just shy of $4 in post-earnings trading after the dating-app company reported quarterly revenue results that topped analyst expectations and pointed to early signs of stabilization in its user base.

Bumble reported Q4 revenue of $224.2 million, slightly ahead of analysts’ estimates of $221.3 million.

Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE:NSG) announced that it has extended the known high-grade polymetallic copper-gold-silver-molybdenum system at its Cam Copper Mine near Kirkland Lake, Ontario, with new drill results showing significant down-plunge continuity and strong metal grades.

The seven-hole, 1,204-metre definition drilling program was completed in December 2025 to support preparation of a National Instrument 43-101 technical report and mineral resource estimate by Micon International Limited. The study will evaluate the reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction at the Cam Copper Surgical Mining Project.

Hochschild Mining PLC (LSE:HOC, OTCQX:HCHDF, FRA:H3M), the FTSE 250 precious metals producer, rose 4% to 674p on Thursday after JPMorgan upgraded the stock to 'overweight'.

The US investment bank also lifted its price target from 890p to 990p, pointing to forecast earnings more than doubling over the next two years against a backdrop of surging gold and silver prices.

Tap Global Group, the AIM-listed digital finance and cryptocurrency payments platform, rose 6% to 1.38p after announcing that its entire board and senior leadership team have voluntarily locked in shares representing 63% of the company's issued capital for a minimum of three years.

Under the agreement, no participating shareholder may sell shares on the open market until at least March 2029, and even after that date they are permanently barred from open market sales under any circumstances.

Asiamet Resources Ltd (AIM:ARS, OTC:KMGLF, FRA:0FK), the AIM-listed mining company, saw its shares surge 10% to 1.7p after receiving a key regulatory approval from China for the sale of its KSK copper project in Indonesia.

China's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the body that oversees state-owned enterprises, has cleared the transaction, removing a significant hurdle for the deal agreed in November 2025.
