OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) said Tinka Resources Limited has qualified to trade on the OTCQX Best Market, upgrading from the OTCQB Venture Market.
The company began trading on OTCQX under the symbol “TKRFF,” giving U.S. investors access to its financial disclosures and Level 2 quotes. OTCQX is designed for established companies that meet higher financial and governance standards.
Tinka executive chairman Brandon Macdonald said the move reflects the company’s progress and is expected to enhance visibility, liquidity, and access to a broader base of U.S. and global investors.
