SSV Capital raises £2.5 million in funding round

Investor backing strengthens capital base as group pursues expansion and platform development

SSV Capital, the financial services company, has raised more than £2.5 million after completing a funding round through the issue of 2 million preference ordinary shares.

The latest round attracted participation from both existing and new investors, reflecting what the company described as sustained confidence in its strategic direction, governance standards and long-term growth trajectory.

Proceeds from the fundraising will be used to strengthen the company’s capital base and support strategic priorities, including operational scaling, platform development and selective expansion initiatives.

The company said the new investment would support its focus on building a resilient, scalable and sustainable business over the long term.

SSV Capital said the successful completion of the fundraising represented an endorsement of the group’s disciplined growth strategy and its approach to responsible capital management.

Ankur Ghosh, founder and chief executive of SSV Capital, said: “We are encouraged by the strong level of support received from our investors, both existing and new.”

“This funding reinforces confidence in our strategy and provides additional momentum as we continue to execute our plans with focus, discipline, and a long-term vision.”
