EnWave inks REV technology license and equipment deal with Ireland’s Teagasc

EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF, FRA:E4U) announced that it has entered into a license and equipment purchase agreement with Teagasc, Ireland’s Agriculture and Food Development Authority, to support research and development activities using the company’s dehydration technology.

The company said that the agreement grants Teagasc R&D rights to use EnWave’s proprietary Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) dehydration technology in collaboration with its current and future clients, as well as industry and research partners.

As part of the arrangement, Teagasc will purchase a 10-kilowatt REV machine that will be installed at its research facilities.

EnWave said the system is expected to be delivered before the summer of 2026 and will be used to demonstrate the capabilities of the technology within the organization’s state-of-the-art facility.

REV technology is designed to dehydrate food and other organic materials through a vacuum-based process intended to preserve product quality while reducing drying times.

Teagasc is Ireland’s national body responsible for providing research, advisory, and training services to the agriculture and food sector, as well as to rural communities. The organization works with industry stakeholders and research partners to support innovation and development across the agri-food industry.
