Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO)and US telehealth company Hims & Hers (NYSE:HIMS) have announced a collaboration that will bring the Danish drugmaker’s weight-loss medications Wegovy and Ozempic to Hims & Hers’ platform, ending a recent legal dispute between the two companies.

The partnership marks a shift in strategy for Hims & Hers, which will now provide US customers access to a broad assortment of FDA-approved GLP-1 treatments, including semaglutide injections and tablets at various dosages.

Protalix Biotherapeutics Inc (NYSE-A:PLX, FRA:PBDA) announced that the European Commission has approved a new dosing regimen for pegunigalsidase alfa for adults with Fabry disease who are stable on enzyme replacement therapy (ERT), triggering a $25 million regulatory milestone payment from partner Chiesi Global Rare Diseases.

The approval allows eligible patients to receive the therapy at a dose of 2 mg/kg every four weeks, instead of the previous every-two-weeks schedule. According to the companies, the change could reduce the treatment burden for patients, their families and healthcare systems by extending the interval between infusions.

Lisata Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:LSTA, FRA:8NE), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing therapies to treat advanced solid tumors and other serious diseases, announced that it has agreed to be acquired by privately held Kuva Labs.

Under the terms of a definitive agreement, Kuva will launch a tender offer to purchase all outstanding Lisata shares for $5 per share in cash at closing, plus one contingent value right (CVR) per share.

The US Justice Department has reportedly reached a settlement with Ticketmaster and its parent company, Live Nation Entertainment Inc (NYSE:LYV), resolving a high-profile antitrust lawsuit that alleged the companies held an illegal monopoly over live events in the United States.

Live Nation shares jumped more than 6% in early trade on the news.

Oil companies were the only shares in green on Monday as oil prices were catapulted higher by the ongoing war in the Middle East.

Brent crude oil surged at the start of the new week, jumping to $107 per barrel, having risen from $84 to $92 last week. The price hit a high of $119 during Asia Pacific trading before softening a little.
