Pantheon Resources PLC (AIM:PANR, OTCQX:PTHRF) announced that senior independent director Linda Havard will step down from the board on 30 April 2026.
She has chosen to step down from the board, effective 5 March 2026, in order to pursue other professional and personal opportunities, the company noted.
"I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Linda for her invaluable contributions during these past two and a quarter years," said CEO David Hobbs, who added, "her insight and diligence provided seasoned strategic oversight and strong support to both the board and the management team."
