Felix Group Holdings Ltd (ASX:FLX) has appointed Chris Atkin as chief executive officer, with the appointment to take effect on April 1, 2026, following an external search.
Atkin brings more than 20 years’ experience in international technology and software businesses, including about 10 years leading vertical SaaS and marketplace companies. Felix said he has guided teams through growth and transformation, strengthened go-to-market execution and worked closely with boards and investors to maintain strategic focus.
A Chartered Accountant, Atkin has held senior roles across ASX-listed and private technology businesses. Most recently, he was CEO of Rezdy, where he led a strategic reset and supported international growth, including rebuilding the leadership team, shifting the operating model toward sustainable growth and delivering a private equity acquisition.
Earlier, Atkin joined ASX-listed CommStrat as chief financial officer before becoming CEO, where he oversaw new product introductions, capital structure optimisation and initiatives aimed at improving operational performance. Felix said his background brings a focus on balance sheet strength, capital allocation and strategy.
