Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) announced that it has expanded its AI-powered event technology platform into additional event market segments and implemented price increases across select enterprise offerings as part of efforts to support revenue growth and move toward profitability.
Historically, Nextech3D.ai’s Map Dynamics platform focused primarily on indoor trade shows and convention-center-based events. The company said it has now extended the platform into additional structured event verticals, including outdoor fairs and expos, music and food festivals, public and municipal events, multi-venue experiential activations, and seasonal or community-based events.
Management said the expansion broadens the company’s total addressable market within the global events industry while leveraging its existing cloud-native AI infrastructure.
As Nextech3D.ai enters these new markets, the company plans to deploy its broader event technology stack, including event registration and ticketing software, AI voice automation and workflow tools, exhibitor and vendor management platforms, and sponsor engagement and analytics solutions. It will also offer experiential and creative services through its Krafty Labs unit.
Cross-selling these offerings could increase average revenue per event, improve customer retention and support recurring software-as-a-service revenue over time, according to the company.
Separately, Nextech3D.ai said it has implemented a 20% to 30% enterprise price increase across select offering to reflect the increasing value of its AI-enabled event platform.
As the platform is already built and operating at scale, the company said it expects incremental revenue generated from the price increases to require limited additional operating expense. Nextech3D.ai added that the pricing actions may contribute to improved operating performance as revenue grows, though it noted there can be no assurance regarding future results.
"With our platform already built and operating at scale, the recent 20%-30% pricing adjustment is designed to improve operating efficiency and support our path toward profitability," Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg said.
"These actions reflect the strength of our AI‑driven SaaS business model as we expand into new event markets."
