Golconda Gold, an unhedged gold producer with operations in South Africa and New Mexico, has upgraded its US trading status to the OTCQX Best Market from the OTCQB Venture Market, beginning trading under the symbol GGGOF on Tuesday.
Chief executive Ravi Sood said the move came at an opportune moment as the company prepares to restart its Summit gold and silver mine in New Mexico and seeks to raise its profile among US investors.
