Valereum says VLRM is being prepped for "next stage of growth”

Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM, FRA:6TJ) announced it has reshuffled the leadership of its El Salvador-based VLRM Markets unit as it positions the subsidiary for a broader institutional push and the scaling of its regulated real-world asset platform.

The company said VLRM Markets is refining its operating structure to support an expanded mandate, including widening distribution channels and pursuing partnerships linked to its recently announced memorandums of understanding. Executive chair James Bannon said the unit is moving into its “next stage of growth” and flagged “greater institutional engagement” as the focus.

As part of the restructure, Adrian Hogg has stepped down with immediate effect as Head of VLRM Markets, with his role at Valereum ending on 28 February 2026. Valereum added that 5.51 million warrants previously granted to Hogg, exercisable at £0.001, have been cancelled.

Valereum said it remains “fully committed” to El Salvador as a strategic jurisdiction, will retain its in-country team and operational infrastructure, and that engagement with issuers and partners is “unaffected”.
