Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX, FRA:1NQ0, TSX-V:DGX) announced it will uplist from the TSX Venture Exchange to Cboe Canada, effective February 27, 2026.
Its shares will continue trading under “DGX” on Cboe Canada and “DGXX” on Nasdaq. The company will remain a reporting issuer under Canadian securities laws, and TSXV trading will end on February 26.
Shareholders are not required to take any action for the new listing.
