Stellar Resources Ltd (ASX:SRZ, OTC:SLROF) has increased the Mineral Resource Estimate at its Queen Hill deposit by 41%, pushing the total resource base at its Heemskirk Tin Project in western Tasmania beyond 100,000 tonnes of contained tin.
The updated Queen Hill MRE, reported at a 0.4% tin cut-off, now stands at 4.11 million tonnes at 0.85% Sn for 34,900 tonnes of contained tin. Indicated resources rose 46% to 2.26Mt at 0.94% Sn for 21,190 tonnes of tin, reflecting improved confidence from recent drilling and revised modelling.
Across the broader Heemskirk project, total resources have increased to 9.51Mt at 0.93% Sn for 88,100 tonnes of contained tin. When combined with the nearby St Dizier satellite deposit, the total inventory reaches 11.77Mt at 0.87% Sn for 101,900 tonnes of contained tin.
The update incorporates new drilling and a revised geological model using a broader mineralised envelope, supporting ongoing prefeasibility study work. An updated MRE for the Severn deposit is due next quarter and is expected to further expand the overall resource base.
Management said surpassing the 100,000-tonne contained tin milestone marks a significant step as the company advances Heemskirk towards development, with the PFS targeted for completion in the first half of 2026.
