West Coast Silver Ltd (ASX:WCE, OTC:ERWWF, FRA:8N70) has expanded shallow silver mineralisation at its Elizabeth Hill project near Karratha in WA’s Pilbara, with scout aircore drilling extending mineralisation north and south of the historic mine workings.
The December 2025 program comprised 76 aircore holes for 1,060 metres and confirmed silver up to 150 metres along strike at Elizabeth Hill North. Standout results included 3 metres at 787 g/t silver from 1 metre, including 1 metre at 2,340 g/t, and 24 metres at 28 g/t from 2 metres.
Drilling also returned 2 metres at 39 g/t silver at Elizabeth Hill South, 275 metres south of the historic mine, supporting potential extensions along the Munni Munni Fault.
Importantly, mineralisation was identified within granite as well as ultramafic rocks, broadening the exploration model beyond previously recognised host lithologies.
At Natalie Hill South, separate aircore holes intersected disseminated nickel-copper-cobalt sulphides, highlighting broader regional base metal potential.
A reverse circulation rig is scheduled for mobilisation in the March quarter to test the extent and depth of the near-surface silver zones, with results to feed into an open pit resource estimate and scoping study.
